We also collect learning-related data including user activity, responses, progress, and performance within the platform. In addition, limited technical information such as device type, browser information, and usage data may be collected automatically to ensure the proper functioning, performance, and security of the platform.
Information collected is used solely to provide and improve LearnPF's educational services. This includes delivering personalized learning experiences, enabling teachers and schools to monitor student progress, improving platform functionality, maintaining system security, and supporting research and development to enhance learning outcomes.
Where data is used for learning insights or analytics, including the development or improvement of models, the data may be anonymised or pseudonymised. Data anonymisation removes personally identifiable information so that individuals cannot be identified directly or indirectly. Techniques such as aggregation, masking, or perturbation may be used to reduce the risk of identification. Pseudonymised data, where identifiers are replaced with pseudonyms, is still treated as personal data and protected accordingly.
LearnPF does not sell or rent personal data. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers who support the operation of the platform (such as cloud hosting or infrastructure providers) and who are contractually required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards. Educational institutions using LearnPF may access relevant student learning data for legitimate educational purposes.

LearnPF uses artificial intelligence and learning analytics to support and enhance the educational experience. These technologies analyze learning interactions, such as responses, progress, and engagement, to provide personalized feedback, adaptive learning pathways, and insights that help teachers support student learning.
AI-generated insights are used solely to improve learning outcomes and support educational decision-making. LearnPF does not use student personal data for advertising, marketing, or commercial profiling. Where data is used to improve platform functionality or AI models, it is handled with appropriate safeguards and, where possible, aggregated or de-identified.
Human educators remain responsible for interpreting learning insights and making educational decisions. LearnPF's AI tools are designed to support, not replace, teachers and educational professionals.
LearnPF complies with the principles of Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Personal data is collected, used, and disclosed only for purposes that are reasonable and necessary for providing our educational services.
We take reasonable steps to ensure personal data is accurate, protected from unauthorized access, and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are implemented to protect personal data.
Where applicable under data protection laws, users or educational institutions may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by LearnPF.
